How can I make a change to my order?

The fastest way to make a change is by clicking on the link in your confirmation email or by clicking edit order, then enter your order number and e-mail address. If your order has not been processed, this will void the charge transaction and place all the products into the shopping cart where you can either make changes to the order and proceed to check out again or empty the cart. If your order has been processed you will receive an error message at the top of the page and no changes can be made to the order.

Please note that even though the charge to your card has been voided your bank may still place a hold on the funds for up to 5 business days before releasing the funds back to you.
