NC WAREHOUSE UPDATE
We are transitioning to our new and improved Durham, NC warehouse. Please plan for an extra 2-3 business days for order fulfillment while the majority of our staff is dedicated to the move. Our support team is still here to assist with troubleshooting or order issues, but we are not able to expedite orders. We expect to be back to our normal fulfillment and shipping times in a few days.

SHIPPING UPDATE
As of May 18th, 2020, we have suspended our same-day shipping guarantee. We will do our best to ship all orders without interruption while taking the necessary steps to ensure our team and customers are safe.
