I live in Canada. Can I return an order?

CandleScience offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products.

If a product is defective, we'll refund 100% of the purchase price or send a replacement and pay the return shipping for the defective item.

If a product is damaged, please request a replacement through our Reimbursement system. We will ask you to provide a photo of the damage, so keep one handy! Check out this FAQ for detailed instructions on how to access the Reimbursement system to request a replacement. 

If a product is unwanted, we'll happily refund the resellable product once we receive the item back in our warehouse. Return shipping costs along with any associated taxes and duties will be the customer's responsibility for these return shipments. While we're unable to create return labels for Canadian shipments, we can accept returns from any carrier, even if we do not currently offer shipments through them ourselves. We recommend ensuring that the return has a tracking number in case of any trouble in transit. 

Please note that essential oils must be returned with an unbroken original seal on the bottle in order to be eligible for a refund. Find more details on our essential oil return policy here.
