Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of boxes your items will be shipped in, the weight of those boxes, and the distance they will travel. With so many variables, it can be confusing to estimate the cost of shipping on your own. Luckily, we have a tool that can help!
Using the shipping quote tool in your cart, you can see all available shipping options and costs for your current cart.
Once you've added items to your shopping cart, click on the cart icon on the top right-hand side of the website to open your cart.
Then, enter your shipping zip code into the zip code field and click Get Shipping Quote.
The website will display all available shipping methods for your unique combination of items, as well as the costs associated with each option.
After viewing the options presented in the shipping quote tool, you can continue through the checkout process or return to edit your cart.
We strive to keep all items in stock at each of our warehouse locations, however, if an item is out of stock at one location, you may see a split shipment. Check out this FAQ for more information regarding split shipments.
You can also check out our Shipping Methods FAQ for some helpful tips on shipping!
For shipments to Canada, there are additional charges called duties and taxes that will not be calculated in the shipping quote tool. If you would like to view these fees, entering the checkout process will be the best way to view the total estimated cost for the combination of items in your cart.
Once you have finalized your order and completed checkout, the cost you see on your invoice for shipping and for duties and taxes will be the only fees you are responsible for. If you are asked to pay additional fees to collect your order at delivery, please reach out to our Customer Support team for assistance.
