For larger orders, typically with an order total of over $3300 CAD, you may receive a call from UPS to provide the name of the customs broker you’d like to handle any additional clearance fees, duties, and taxes. You will be able to request that UPS act as your broker at no additional charge, or provide a broker of your choice.
