Can I change my order?

Realized you forgot to add that one fragrance to the order you just placed? Don’t worry, you can make changes to your order by logging in to your CandleScience account and clicking the “Edit Order” button next to the order in your order history. This will cancel your current order, void your payment, and place the items back into your cart so you can make any necessary changes and check out once more. Please note that this option is only available if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse.

The “Edit Order” button will not be available if your order has already been processed. If you have not refreshed your page since the order was processed, you may receive an error message if you click on the “Edit Order” button, indicating that the order has been processed and no changes are able to be made.

We are not able to edit an order once it has been processed.

If you were not able to edit your order before it was processed and you receive an item that you no longer wish to keep, you may return any unwanted item within 60 days for a full refund. View our full refund policy here: Refund Policy
