Can I change my order?

To make a change to your order, make sure you are logged in to your account, then click My Account in the top right corner. If your order has not been processed you will see an edit order button beside the most recent order. Click the edit order button, this will cancel the order, void your payment and place all the products back into the shopping cart where you can either make changes to the order and proceed to check out again or empty the cart. If your order has been processed the edit order will not be available or you may receive an error message at the top of the page and no changes can be made to the order.

Please note that even though the charge to your card has been voided your bank may still place a hold on the funds for up to 5 business days before releasing the funds back to you.

We will not be able to edit an order once it has been processed.
