I placed an order but I did not receive a confirmation e-mail?

We send an order confirmation e-mail out as soon as your order is placed. If you don't receive a confirmation email you may need to change your personal email preferences to allow CandleScience emails.

If your email provider is listed below please follow the link for instructions.

If your provider isn't listed please contact them and ask how to 'whitelist' the orders@candlescience.com and support@candlescience.com email addresses. You can also try adding those email addresses to your contact list or address book.

Yahoo
Gmail
AOL
Outlook, Hotmail, and MSN
- Spectrum, Time Warner, and Charter
