What is the return, refund, and damage policy?

If a product is defective, we'll happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping.

If a product is not defective and simply unwanted, we'll happily refund the amount of product that is resale-able, however, return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

If a product arrives damaged, please follow the link found below to submit a return/damage claim. Once we receive your damage claim, we can process a replacement for you. To expedite your damage claim, please be sure to submit a photo of the damage.
