What is the return, refund, and damage policy?

CandleScience offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on many products.

In the event a product is found to be defective, some items in our store will require submitting a claim directly to the manufacturer for reimbursement under their warranty process. For all other products, however, we'll refund 100% of the purchase price or send a replacement and pay the return shipping for the defective item. 

If a product is not defective and simply unwanted, we'll happily refund the amount of product that is resaleable, but return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Please note that essential oils must be returned with an unbroken original seal on the bottle in order to be eligible for a refund.

If a product arrives damaged, please visit your order history and click Return Order to submit a claim. Once we receive your damage claim, we can process a replacement for you. To expedite your damage claim, please be sure to submit a photo of the damage. In order to process the claim, we will need all of the information that we request within 60 days of the original order date, so be on the lookout for any follow-up emails from us!
