Customers are welcome to pick up any order at our North Carolina, Nevada, or Texas warehouse locations. 

To pick up an order simply select "Curbside pickup" as the shipping method on the "Confirm" page when placing your order. Pickup orders placed by 4 pm in North Carolina and 3:30 pm in Nevada or Texas will be ready within one hour. Orders placed after these times will be ready for pickup the next business day. You’ll receive an email letting you know your order is ready, along with instructions for pickup!

CandleScience warehouses are open for pickups Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
North Carolina hours: 9 am - 5 pm ET
Nevada and Texas hours: 9 am - 4:30 pm PT

 

Note: If someone other than yourself is picking up the order, please provide them with the order number, and the name the order is under.

Our Reno, NV and Dallas, TX pickup locations are not retail stores, and orders cannot be placed at these warehouses.

Pickup orders are not packaged for shipping, be sure to check your order prior to leaving the warehouse to ensure that you have received all of your items!

Due to warehouse restrictions, 3rd party Freight Pickups are not permitted.
