Can I pick up an order?

IMPORTANT UPDATE 3/17/2020: As you know, the COVID-19 outbreak has necessitated some changes in our day-to-day lives to help control the spread of the virus. After a lot of thought and consideration about the ways we can do our part, we have decided to halt pickup orders effective immediately. To help mitigate shipping costs while our warehouses are closed to pickups, we are offering all active pickup customers a 20% discount on UPS shipping. The discount is attached to your CandleScience account and will be automatically applied during checkout. If you placed a pickup order before 3:30 PM on March 17th, 2020, we ask that you collect it before 5 pm (local) on Thursday, March 19th, 2020. Our warehouses will be open during their usual hours: 8 am-5 pm in Durham, NC and 9 am-5 pm in Sparks, NV. Follow the normal pickup procedure by ringing the warehouse bell and a team member will place it outside for you. Please note that our team members will not be able to assist with loading the order into your car. If you are unavailable to collect your supplies, please reach out to our support team for assistance. We truly appreciate your understanding of this challenging and unusual time.
