Can room spray base be used as a body spray or perfume base?

The CandleScience EcoBase™ Room and Linen Spray has been tested for use in room and linen sprays only, it should not be used as a body spray or perfume base.

If you are interested in creating a perfume or body spray, we'd recommend searching for a recipe or base intended for that purpose.
